Refund policy

General Policy

At Satinine Milano, we take pride in our luxury perfumes. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item is defective or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at satinine@profumierimilano.com. We will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the item.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email satinine@profumierimilano.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

  2. Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

  3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards or sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact satinine@profumierimilano.com.
