Shipping Policy – Satinine Milano

Shipping

Every Satinine order is prepared by hand in Milan and leaves our atelier within 2–5 working days. Orders placed after 13:00 CET are prepared the following working day.

Delivery

Delivery is complimentary on orders over €100. Below this amount, delivery is €15 within Italy and the European Union, and €30 elsewhere.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery usually takes 2–12 working days, depending on the destination.

Albania, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Orders outside the European Union

Prices shown at checkout for destinations outside the EU do not include Italian VAT, which is removed automatically.

Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms: import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are determined by the customs authority of your country and settled directly with the courier upon arrival. The courier may contact you in advance to arrange customs clearance.

Please note

To ensure your parcel reaches you, we kindly ask you to check that your delivery address is complete and correct. Parcels that cannot be delivered (because of an incorrect address, an unanswered delivery attempt or unpaid import charges) are returned to us. In that case, we will contact you to find the best solution.
