Delivery Zones

We ship to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 2–5 working days from the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 13:00 CET will be processed on the next working day.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

Although we provide free shipping, orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are applied once the package reaches your country. Satinine Milano 1883 ships according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), also called Delivered at Place (DAP).

This means that we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes on orders outside the EU and cannot predict your specific charges. Any additional fees must be paid for your package to clear customs. For guidance on import charges, please contact your local customs office.

• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, resulting in the order being returned.

• The customer failing to accept delivery.

• The consignee being unreachable or refusing to pay taxes or duties required for import.
