Each diffuser is crafted from ultra-light borosilicate glass, selected for its clarity, strength, and understated beauty. The vessel is paired with cotton sticks chosen for their superior capillary properties and complemented by an Italian-made bio-resin tray.

Every diffuser is studied and tested in our Milan laboratory, where we calibrate the movement of liquid through the cotton fibers.
This capillary ascent is essential: it allows the fragrance to travel to the tip of each stick and diffuse evenly into the air. Within a few hours, the scent naturally saturates the cotton, enabling the diffuser to perform at its intended intensity.

For optimal performance, we recommend topping up the diffuser the day after first use. Maintaining an adequate liquid level inside the glass vessel supports consistent capillary flow.

If diffusion stops—typically when the reservoir has been fully absorbed—simply replenish the diffuser with one of our refills to restore proper diffusion.

As with all perfumed liquids, care is advised. Contact with delicate surfaces may cause staining; any accidental spill should be cleaned immediately. Wash hands thoroughly after refilling and avoid contact with eyes. These simple precautions ensure both safety and product longevity.

Placement influences performance. Positioning the diffuser where air circulates—near a window, doorway, or passageway—encourages a natural and balanced diffusion throughout the room.
